The festival area is located in Törnävänsaari, Seinäjoki, about 3 km away from the Seinäjoki city center. The nearest street address of the festival site is Törnäväntie 20.
Törnävänsaari is a beautiful parkland and a well-known place for outdoor activities and sports and leisure between the locals. There is a regional museum, summer theatre, and lots of different sports activities functioning in the area. In addition, a nature conservation area is located just behind the fences of Provinssi’s Woodland Stage.
We kindly ask our festival guests to respect the beautiful area, its unique nature and inhabitants!
The area consists mostly of gravel fields and parks, forests, and large green areas. A running river is dividing the area connected by two bridges. The roads are wide sand roads and all customer lanes are made accessible for wheelchairs.

Tickets for Provinssi 2025 will be on sale later.
Beware of fake tickets! Make sure you only purchase tickets from resellers authorized by Provinssi (Lippu.fi & their ticket outlets). The tickets sold outside of the festival gates and on internet forums might be proven to be fake at the entrance.
Please be careful when displaying your tickets on social media and the internet! Make sure the barcode is not visible since it is possible to copy the ticket information, which could prevent you from attending the festival.
Provinssi is not responsible for copied or stolen tickets!

All tickets will be exchanged for wristbands. Wristband exchange is open at Seinäjoki Keskustori / Marketplace from Tuesday onwards.
More information about locations and opening hours of the wristband exchange points can be found here. Wristband exchange is possible at Provinssi’s entrance at all times during the festival.
A broken wristband is not valid for entry. Be sure to check your wristband is properly fastened when exchanging. Provinssi is not responsible for lost wristbands.
The festival wristband does not include entries for camping, parking, accommodations, or other areas outside the festival site.

There is no age limit for the Provinssi Festival.
All 7-year-olds and older visitors need to have a ticket in order to enter the festival area.
Children under 7 years do not need their own ticket (entrance only with an over 18-year-old adult). Under 7-year-olds will not receive their own wristbands.
The recommended age limit is 14 years, and children under 12 years can only attend Provinssi when accompanied by an adult.
Proving your age is possible with authorized IDs, such as a driving license, a passport, or an identification card with a photo. A Kela-card is not an acceptable identification card.
Please be prepared to prove the age of the child at the festival gate.

Please use public transport when traveling to the festival. It is easy and fast to travel to Seinäjoki by train or by bus, from all around Finland, and also from Helsinki Airport.

Festival buses run non-stop between Seinäjoki Travel Center and Provinssi during the festival.
Please note, that there is no possibility for parking private vehicles near the festival area and the capacity of the festival’s parking areas is very limited. We recommend leaving vehicles in the city center and taking the festival bus from there to the festival site. In case you are arriving by car, please fill the seats with your friends, carpoolers, or hitchhikers!
A taxi pole is located next to the entrance.

At the official campsite of Provinssi, which is located right next to the festival area, the atmosphere is through the roof and the spirits are high. On this beautiful campsite, you can accommodate yourself in the middle of the best party ever, or sleep peacefully in the Silent & Green area.
Camp Provinssi has a limited capacity, so make sure to book your spot early in advance.
Entry to Camp Provinssi is possible only with a valid festival ticket.

You are allowed to bring one empty or sealed bottle of water or soft drink to the festival area. The bottle has to be clear and max. 0,5 liters. Small unopened juice boxes (0,2l) are also allowed. There are several water points at the festival area where you can refill your bottle.
Bringing own alcoholic drinks to the festival area is not allowed. There will be a security check at the gates.
Festival visitors are allowed to bring normal snacks like sandwiches, fruits, candy, etc. to the festival area. No big picnic baskets, please.

There are many water points at the festival area for refilling your water bottle and quenching your thirst. All water points are marked on the festival area map.
In the area you can also purchase different kinds of non-alcoholic drinks.

There are many bar areas, different kinds of restaurants, and cafés around the festival. You might be craving a juicy hamburger, ethnic food, or fine dining – there are options for everyone!
All the food vendors in Provinssi are committed to have at least one vegan or vegetarian option on their menu. Attention is also paid to all kinds of special dietary requirements.
The age limit for serving areas and bars is 18 years. Children under 12 years are allowed to visit some of the bars (more information will be added later) with an adult until 9 pm.

We want to make sure that everyone has a great festival experience!
The festival area consists mainly of smooth fields and paths. All toilet areas are equipped with accessible toilets. The stages have platforms or viewing points to make sure everyone can see the performances.
People with reduced mobility and other people with special needs have to purchase a normal ticket to the festival. Assistants get free access. Any kind of certification about the reduced mobility or need for assistance will be helpful when arriving at the festival.

Following items are forbidden to bring to the festival area:
- Alcoholic drinks (or empty alcohol bottles as water bottle)
- Over 0,5l sized bottles
- Drugs
- Glass bottles or cans
- Any kind of weapons, pocket knives, and other possibly harmful items
- Explosives, fireworks, lasers, or other similar items
Umbrellas are also forbidden because of the visual barriers they cause. Please leave your selfie sticks at home, too.
Camping chairs, prams or strollers are also not allowed in the festival area.
There will be a security check at the gates of the festival area. Security guards will make the final decision about an item being a possible safety risk in the festival area.

Cloakroom
You can leave all your extra bags, clothes, valuables, alcoholic drinks etc. in Provinssi’s cloakroom, which is located near the Main Gate and VIP Gate. Please notice that Fast Lane entrance does not have cloakroom or wristband exchange.
Remember, that you might need to queue for the cloakroom during the busiest times.
Please pick up your items from cloakroom by the end of the day. All items will be transferred to lost and found after each festival day.

Lost & Found
Please take any valuable items you find to the festival’s lost and found, located at the cloakroom. All valuable items (phones, keys, wallets, etc.) will be taken to the Seinäjoki Police Station (050 302 4526) on the Monday following the festival. Other lost items will be kept at Seinäjoki Rytmikorjaamo until Tuesday, July 1st, after which items (worth a maximum of 20€) will be recycled.

Provinssi is a 100% equal festival and we welcome everyone to the Festival of People just as they are. We do not condone discrimination of any kind, for example towards gender, a specific ethnic group, skin color, or sexual orientation.
If you see or experience behavior towards yourself, your friends, or other festival guests that feels distressing, inappropriate, or is in some way against the values of equality, please notify the nearest security person.
We hope everyone respects other guests of our festival and treats others as they wish to be treated themselves.

Provinssi’s VIP area is exclusive for the VIP guests of the festival. All VIP guests will be able to enjoy an exclusive and beautiful VIP area, which has a large seating area, exclusive bars, restaurants, high-quality flushing toilets, and other additional services. The only way to get into the VIP area is to purchase a VIP ticket. VIP-tickets will be on sale at www.provinssi.fi/tickets.
VIP packages are only available for festival guests over 18 years. Children under 12 years can stay in the VIP area with an adult until 9PM.
Food or drinks are not included in the VIP tickets.

Payment is possible everywhere in the festival area with a card, with contactless or mobile payment method. Remember, that you can pay with contactless up to 50 euros.
The most common debit and credit cards are accepted in all places in the area. We do not accept cash. Our partners CoreGo & Verifone operate as a supplier of payment solutions.
There is no ATM at the festival area. The closest ATM is located at S-Market store (opposite of the festival’s main gate, address Törnäväntie 20). More banking services can be found in the Seinäjoki city center.

In Provinssi, we sort and recycle all of the waste that the festival produces, and our recycling percentage has been at 100% for years.
We have several recycling points at the festival area, which have bins for energy waste, bio waste, cardboard, plastic, glass, metal, and hazardous waste. In addition, there are hundreds of waste bins around the festival area for energy waste and bio waste.
Our Green Team and cleaning volunteers will help festival guests with recycling or any other questions regarding the environment and sustainability in Provinssi. Don’t hesitate to ask for help or seek advice from the Green Team – they are more than happy to help you!

Remember to protect your ears! We recommend taking earplugs with you. Earplugs can also be purchased from the festival area.

According to the Finnish law (74 § moment 1 article 2), smoking is forbidden near the stages during the performances. All tent stages are entirely smoke-free.
Please be considerate towards non-smokers and other festival guests especially in crowded places and restaurant areas.
E-cigarettes and e-liquids are allowed in the festival area.

Photography in Provinssi is more than welcome!
Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the festival, but please remember to respect the privacy of other festival visitors. Some artists may have different rules about having their photos taken, so make sure to follow the instructions given by the security staff at all times.
You may bring an SLR camera, digital camera, or camera phone to the festival area. Tripods are not allowed due to safety reasons.
Shooting professional videos are forbidden unless you have a written agreement from the artist’s representatives.

There are several toilet areas and hundreds of toilets (portable toilets, urinals, indoor, and flushing toilets) around the festival area.
There are also many accessible toilets, which are primarily reserved for people with special needs or reduced mobility. Please be respectful of this!
Please take other festival guests and the beautiful nature of Törnävänsaari into consideration and do not pee in the river or bushes.

The nearest pharmacy to the festival area, Törnävä Pharmacy, will be open during the Provinssi festival in the S-Market building.

Unfortunately, there might be pickpockets at the festival, so make sure to keep an eye on your belongings. We highly recommend you not to leave valuable items in your tent and instead leave them in the cloakroom. Keep an eye on your neighbours’ tents too, to ensure a safe festival experience!
The outside areas of the festival gates get easily crowded, so we kindly ask our festival guests to continue straight towards their accommodations or afterparties when leaving the festival in order to make the traffic easier.
